Downtown Luxury Slum

While this was obviously the plan all along, work finally began on the luxury slum this morning and it is mildly terrifying.

The contractors actually started work before I met them to hand over the keys via some innovative door/window removal which was unexpected but we’re mostly tearing the place down so no harm done. I also managed to pick up and drop off the COA before anyone lodged any complaints so that was good.

Now the real fun starts!
