This week, almost all of the interior walls got knocked down and some temporary walls were put up. Concrete footers were poured to support some new piers (yet to come), a temporary floor jack was used to create a level surface in the front half of the house.

Hurricane Irma is expected to possibly come this way early next week. There is currently nothing keeping wind from blowing under the house and right up to the roof, picking it up and throwing it into Oz (or the McDonald’s parking lot). Wish us luck!
